New Installation Sealing

We seal natural stone and tile and grout surfaces to protect the natural beauty of the surface.  Most installation companies do not seal unless they are asked to do so.  One of the common misconceptions that many sealant companies will lead people to believe is that once a surface is sealed it will not become soiled again.  This is simply not true.  Sealing the surface protects it from staining. 

If you have not invested in a good quality sealer then we urge you to do so.  We see too many floors that cannot be restored to its original beauty because it was not sealed with a quality product in the beginning.  You only have to seal the surface one time not every six months like some companies tell you.   This sealant is designed to be used on grout, natural stone, granite, marble, concrete, masonry, etc.
