Pre-treat tile and grout:

We first mop on an alkaline based degreasing solution and then allow it to dwell and penetrate for upwards of 20 minutes.  This process loosens accumulated soil, grease, contaminants and topical residues.

Power scrub surfaces:
We use special surrogated brushes that agitate the grout lines as well as the tile surface.  At this time we focus on edges and baseboards, making sure they will be just as clean as the middle of the floor!

Extract/Turbo power rinse:
In this step, the tile and grout are extracted or pressure rinsed using high pressure heated water. All water, cleaning solutions and contaminants are captured and extracted away in one process. The system is completely fluid controlled with no over wetting of any other surfaces or areas.

Repeat process (All steps above):
Now we repeat all above processes using a low Ph Restorative cleaner.  This solution works on staining, discoloration, grout haze, and soap scum.  This step really helps in brightening your grout lines, you will be amazed at the results!

Speed dry:
Now we remove any remaining water on floor.  Then we place our high powered fans to dry the tile and grout lines.

Impregnating Sealer:
We apply 1-3 coats of sealer, depending on porosity of surface.  The sealant absorbs into pores of the surface, creating a barrier against future staining.  We do not in general practice use sealers that change the appearance of the tile or grout surface (adding luster or shine) but do have those types of sealers available if desired.  We also are an accredited applicator for the Wonderstep sealer, which is an Anti-slip product, warranted for 4 years.

Color-sealing:
These sealers fix discoloration, staining or unevenness in grout color.  Now your grout can be sealed against future staining, available in 1000+ colors! We heavily specialize in color sealing, take a look at some of our before/after pics in the gallery.

Pre-inspection:

The technician will walk through the areas to be cleaned. This is the time to point out any problem areas that you are concerned with. Be sure to show the technician specific spots and stains that you are aware of, as well as the source of the stain if it's known. At this time, the technician may be able to advise you of stains that are possibly permanent.

Furniture moving:  
Light furniture, such as sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully moved. For safety and efficiency, larger pieces, armoires, entertainment centers, beds and dressers are left in place under our regular pricing structure. Upon cleaning completion, furniture will be replaced and protected with disposable blocks and tabs placed under the legs which should be removed when the carpet is completely dry.

Vacuuming: 
The carpet is thoroughly vacuummed to remove dry particulate soils, baseboards also get a thorough vacuuming with our crevice tools.

Pre-spray and scrub: 
This part of the cleaning is commonly referred to as shampooing the carpet.  We use a safe, non-toxic detergent coupled with a floor machine to gently loosen soils, oil, and grease.  The carpet usually looks great after this process, but this is just the first step!  (This is some company's ONLY method of cleaning!)

Hot water extraction: 
We now follow the shampooing of the carpet with a thorough FLUSHING of the carpet pile, our powerful extraction equipment rinses and extracts with out over-wetting.  (This is some company's ONLY method of cleaning!)

Bonnet cleaning: 
Post pad the carpet with a cotton bonnet to remove even more water, soil, and residue. This jumpstarts the drying process which averages a total of 2-3 hours at most.  (Yet again, this is some company's ONLY method of cleaning!)

Speed dry: 
We place fans in areas we have cleaned as we move throughout the house, this helps speed up drying times.  If we are cleaning multiple areas we can usually have a couple areas dry by the time we leave. Try finding this kind of service with other so-called "cleaning" company's.

Protector: 
Apply carpet protector if requested. This will help protect the carpet fiber from abrasion with both wet or dry soils.  Keep your carpet clean LONGER and simply prolong the life of your carpet!
