Janitorial Floor Care Insufficient

We received a phone call from a Kansas City retail store about a tile and grout floor with a dirty, dingy-looking appearance. Although a janitorial service regularly cleaned the floor, their cleaning methods were not enough to make the kind of dramatic difference the business manager wanted to see. Their biggest concern was that any services performed on the floor not interfere with their customers’ shopping experience or the regular routine of employees.

Tile and Grout Floor Deep Cleaned

We used our professional deep cleaning equipment and solutions for this floor.

First, we vacuumed to remove any loose dirt and debris. Then, we applied a professional solution to the tile and grout lines and allowed ample dwell time to soften dirt and grime. We used an auto scrubber, pH-neutral cleaner, and a degreaser to completely clean and sanitize the tile and grout. Our final step was sealing the grout with a clear sealer to make the floor very easy to clean and maintain for the regular janitorial services.

This project was completed on time and on budget. The retail store was able to maintain their normal business hours, with no interruption to their normal activities.
