New Epoxy for Flooded Basement

Water Damaged Basement

Homeowners in Kansas City, Missouri had a basement with carpet flooring that had been repeatedly exposed to water damage. This type of situation is very common in this area. The clients were tired of dealing with the mess, the musty smells, and the unsightly appearance of their basement. They contacted us to find out what we could do. We suggested a 100% waterproof flooring system. They agreed and scheduled services.

100% Waterproof Epoxy Floor

First, we removed and properly disposed of the old carpeting. Then, we filled in any cracks, scraped off the carpet glue, and ground the concrete to make the surface smooth, flat, and fully prepped for epoxy installation. Finally, we applied our custom midnight black flake epoxy system.

The clients were happy that even if water were to come into the house again, it would be easy to remove. No more soggy carpeting. This floor will remain beautiful and elegant for a very long time.
