The foyer and kitchen of this upscale Leawood home featured Malibu Sand travertine that had lost its luster over 12 years. Holes in the travertine had collected dirt, grout lines were discolored, and traffic patterns were visible. The homeowner was quoted $40,000 for replacement.
We deep cleaned and honed the travertine to remove scratches and wear patterns. Natural-colored grout was used to fill holes in the stone. All grout lines were cleaned and color-sealed to match. Finally, we applied a premium impregnating sealer for lasting protection.
“I was ready to spend $40,000 on new floors. Victory restored my travertine for a fraction of that cost. It looks better than the day we moved in!”— Patricia H., Leawood
