We had 2 showers that had either completely missing grout and or grout that was cracking. They did amazing work to remove/repair all impacted areas correctly. “I own a commercial flooring business that operates throughout the Midwest. We showed up to a business in the KC area to tile the showroom and bathrooms. When we arrived we walked in to a disaster. The trenches that had been cut out to move electrical equipment had been poorly filled with concrete. The trenches spanned over 100’, were over 2’ wide, and were poured over 1/2” high in the middle. We were not expecting this when we arrived and were therefore not equipped to take on this kind of prep work. Fortunately, after a couple calls someone recommended Victory and gave me their number. They were able to send out a crew and grind the floor down so that we could keep moving forward. Victory saved us in ways I can’t even put in words. Thanks!”
