3. Scheduling and Access

This guarantee applies to the quality of our workmanship and does not cover pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions beyond our control.

- While we take every precaution, some surfaces may have underlying damage that is not visible until work begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage.
- Results may vary depending on the age, condition, and type of surface being treated.
- We are not responsible for damage to items not properly moved or secured prior to our arrival.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
7. Insurance and Liability
