We used hand tools to minimize dust during VCT tile removal and HEPA-equipped grinders to prep the concrete substrate, with special attention to edges and cracks. We used specialized hand tools to open cracks for epoxy filler bonding, then applied a full broadcast flake epoxy system with a polyaspartic topcoat for durability and easy maintenance.
